By downloading, installing, or using GentleKeep, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your license

GentleKeep grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your iOS devices.

  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app
  • This license ends if you delete the app or violate these terms

Your content

The proofs, photos, and other content you create in GentleKeep are yours. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

Your content stays on your device. We can't access it.

You're responsible for the content you add. Please don't use the app to store content that violates laws or harms others.

GentleKeep is a personal tool for building confidence. It's not a replacement for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GentleKeep.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the “Effective” date above.

Continued use of GentleKeep after changes means you accept the updated terms.
